How to Flip Video in iMovie -Rotate Video Horizontally and Vertically

There is a simple and easy way to flip video horizontally and vertically using imovie 09. By using the rotate video feature in the cropping, ken burns and rotation menu you can turn your video upsidedown, rightsideup, or any which way you choose. Many macbook users have been wondering how video rotating works in imovie so I thought I would put a post up.
